Qualifications and Selection Process
Qualifications:
- Looking to be an Franchise operator
- Full-time dedication to the business as the store operator
- Experience with full grocery store accountability
- Access to unencumbered capital
- College or university graduate is preferred
Selection process:
Each banner has its own selection process but all include multiple interviews along with applications, background and credit checks and aptitude tests.
